Positive: Nous cherchions un logement excentré pour des raisons personnelles (près de Englewood)
Donc pratique pour nous.
Negative: Il pourrait y avoir au moins du café et du thé pour le matin (il y a les machines mais rien à mettre dedans)

I prefer the ground floor.
Positive: Very clean and comfortable.
Negative: Third floor. Scary stairs required to access.

Positive: Great location, very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Easy communication with host. I would recommend staying here.
Negative: These weren't major issues at all but just some minor things we noticed. The lack of lighting on exterior stair case, especially in the night time was very hard to see so had to use torches on our phones to go up and down. Noise from neighbours late at night but we had ear plugs to block it out.
